Ordering Products
Buyer accessing Website can make a purchase order on this Website. If purchase order is made by Buyer using this Website, purchase order is received electronically by Seller. Once purchase order is successfully processed by Seller, Buyer receives a receipt of purchase order confirmation e-mail with relevant purchase order details and sales agreement between Buyer and Seller is set.
Unless agreed otherwise, payment must be received by Seller prior to acceptance of a purchase order. Seller reserves the right to reject a purchase order from Buyer.
Product Pricing
Prices of all products offered on this Website are expressed in euro (EUR, €).
The price of the product is the price indicated on the order pages of the Website when purchase order is placed. ARANEA BY LORI is not subject to VAT, therefore, price of ordered products is final price and does not include VAT.
Products purchased from this Website will be delivered to you with paid delivery service.
Total cost of your purchase order consists of the total price of products ordered from this Website, enlarged for price of delivery service. Delivery service is performed by delivery service company and may be subject to VAT.
In case using Cash On Delivery payment option, total cost of your purchase order is enlarged for Cash On Delivery service handling fee.
It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products we sell may be incorrectly priced. We will normally check prices before accepting your order so that, where the product’s correct price at your order date is less than our stated price at your order date, we will charge the lower amount. If the product’s correct price at your order date is higher than the price stated, we will contact you for your instructions before we accept your order.
Product Delivery
Products purchased from this Website can be delivered to locations in Croatia and member countries of European Union. Seller does not support delivery to locations other than stated.
Products ordered from this Website, unless agreed otherwise, will be delivered to Buyer with paid delivery service. Seller will organize delivery of products purchased from this Website to Buyer, with Croatian Post (Hrvatska Pošta) as delivery service company.
Delivery of products purchased in this Website will be performed to address defined by the Buyer in purchase order.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery of purchased products in the Republic of Croatia is organised via Croatian Post – service Package 24. Delivery of purchased products to the EU is also organised via Croatian Post – the product is sent as a Priority registered item tracking number available.

Seller will provide a delivery tracking identifier for Buyer.
For larger orders, before completing a purchase order, we advise to contact us on e-mail address to agree on best delivery option.
Total purchase amount
Purchased products from this Website will be delivered to you with paid delivery service.
Therefore, total cost (i.e. total purchase amount) of your purchase order consists of the total price of products ordered from this Website, enlarged for price of paid delivery service.
Total purchase amount may further be enlarged for Cash on Delivery service fee, in case using Cash On Delivery payment option.
Product Payment Options
When purchasing at this Website, Buyer may pay using following payment options:

Direct Bank Transfer
Buyer may select Direct Bank Transfer payment method to pay for purchase order of products ordered on this Website.
Total purchase amount (i.e. price of products ordered and delivery service price) is paid as Buyer’s payment to Seller’s bank account via internet banking service, at bank’s teller or at the post office.
When selecting Direct Bank Transfer as payment method, Website will send payment instructions to Buyer within purchase order confirmation mail (Seller’s bank account number, total purchase amount, order reference number).
Buyer will pay total purchase amount consisting of products ordered through purchase order on this Website enlarged for delivery service and cash on delivery handling fee.
Direct Bank Transfer is available for Buyer with bank account number opened with bank operating in Croatia.
Direct Bank Transfer payment is done in euro currency (EUR, €).
Cancellation and returns
If Buyer wants to cancel a purchase order, Buyer must inform Seller of purchase cancellation via e-mail immediately – aranea.jewelry@gmail.com. If the purchase order has already been dispatched at the time cancellation was initiated, Buyer is advised to return products immediately upon receipt of products or latest 14 days upon receipt of delivery.
Buyer must return product in condition that it was received through traceable delivery service, not used or damaged by the Buyer. Total purchase amount paid by the Buyer for cancelled purchase order, will be refunded to Buyer as soon as Buyer provides information (delivery tracking number) that purchased products are sent back for the Seller.
Changes to the Service
Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to the Service at any time.
