As all pieces are made to order, processing times may vary depending on the design, materials, and current workload. The creation and preparation of your jewelry usually takes between 5 and 14 working days. Processing times may be extended during peak periods such as holidays or special collections.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, allowing you to follow your shipment at every stage of delivery.
For deliveries within Croatia, orders are usually delivered within 1 to 3 working days from the shipping date. Customers located in Croatia can choose between delivery to a parcel locker or delivery directly to their home address, depending on their preference at checkout.
For international deliveries within the European Union, orders are shipped using a secure and tracked shipping service. Estimated delivery time within the EU is 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
