Each Aranea jewelry piece is carefully handcrafted with attention to detail and quality. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following return and refund policy.

All Aranea jewelry pieces are made to order and created specifically for you. For this reason, returns or refunds are not accepted, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

In the unlikely event that your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us promptly so we can assist you. To help us assess the issue and offer an appropriate solution, please make sure to follow the steps below:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the item and its packaging

Once the information is reviewed, we will determine the best possible solution for your case

To report a damaged item, please contact us in advance via email or Instagram with your order number and a description of the issue.

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected. Once approved, the refund will be processed using the original method of payment. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Aranea Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipment. We strongly recommend using a secure and tracked delivery service when returning any item.
