Yes. Every Aranea order is carefully wrapped and prepared as a small ritual of its own. Each package includes thoughtful details, subtle scents, and symbolic elements, along with a small message from the Universe. The experience of opening the package is meant to feel personal — a quiet moment of magic meant only for the one who receives it.
Can I wear the jewelry all the time, including in water or while sleeping?
How you care for your jewelry directly affects how long it lasts and how the materials age over time. Aranea jewelry is handcrafted using natural materials, and no piece is meant to remain unchanged forever — a gradual loss of the “new” look is normal.
We do not recommend soaking the jewelry, wearing it in water, or sleeping with it on. To preserve its appearance and structure, please follow the Jewelry Care instructions provided on the website.
Can jewelry be made using my personal items or found objects?
Yes, this is possible under certain conditions. Personal items such as charms, trinkets, or found objects can be incorporated, provided they are suitable in size — not too large or too small — and have a pre-made hole of at least 1 mm.

Is all Aranea jewelry made to order?
Yes. Every Aranea piece is made to order and created specifically for you. This allows each design to be crafted with intention, care, and attention to detail. Because of this process, production times may vary depending on the design, materials, and current workload.
How long does it take to create my jewelry?
As all pieces are made to order, the creation and preparation process usually takes between 5 and 14 working days. During busy periods or special collections, this timeframe may be slightly extended. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Because all jewelry is made to order, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assess the situation and offer an appropriate solution.
Will my jewelry look exactly like the photos?
Each piece is handmade using natural stones and materials, which means slight variations in color, texture, and pattern are natural and expected. Lighting, screen settings, and material characteristics may also cause subtle differences between the photos and the finished piece.
